'Diary of a Co-Driver'

This is a diary of fleeting moments, tiny bits of time captured while sitting in a motor vehicle, sometimes stationary sometimes traveling at a speed between 30 and over 80 km. Each image of time tells a small story, nothing serious, no dramas. Still stories that also imply the momentary mood of the photographer.

All pictures were taken through the windscreen or the co-driver’s window glass with my Pentax K1ii full frame DSLR camera in manual mode using manual mode lenses. More often than not I used high ISO values to get high shutter speeds even when the car was stationary in order to compensate for the running engine vibrations. The challenge was to get sharp, focused pics. I also tried to frame correctly so no images are cropped.
